Flexible Fulfillment

Redeem in-store or via delivery. Present the original CPR ID of the Batelco line owner — at pickup or to the delivery team.

 

How it works (3 simple steps)

1) Order your voucher

Place your order on shop.batelco.com, the Batelco mobile app, or at any Batelco branch in Bahrain.

2) We get notified

Once your order is successfully placed with Batelco, we receive an email with your voucher/order details and start preparing your items.

3) Redeem & receive

Redeem in-store or via delivery. Present the original CPR ID of the Batelco line owner to our team at the store or to the delivery team.

Important Notes

  • Installments are provided by Batelco via cash vouchers; ADVANTI accepts the voucher as payment.
  • Voucher values: BHD 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900, 1000. Terms: 12, 18, 24 months.
  • Once your Batelco order is placed, we receive an email with details and prepare your items.
  • Redeem in-store or via delivery. Original CPR ID of the Batelco line owner must be shown to our staff or delivery team.
  • If your basket exceeds the voucher value, you can pay the difference at checkout.
